Dr. Erin Ellis is an Arizona-licensed Naturopathic Doctor with a focus on root-cause care for women’s health and hormones. She offers in-person and virtual care to Arizona residents and health consulting and education to individuals outside Arizona.
Most patients begin with Rooted & Realigned, Dr. Ellis’s comprehensive care program. Custom care plans are also available for specific situations.

Start with a $35 discovery call to talk through your symptoms, goals, and what support might be the best fit. This call is applied toward care if you decide to move forward.

Do I need to be a resident of Arizona to see Dr. Ellis?
Dr. Ellis is only licensed in the state of Arizona. We provide health consulting (no medical advice, diagnosis or treatment) to individuals in other states as clients virtually.
Is this in-person or online?
Discovery calls are via phone and consultations are done either in-office or vitually. Dr. Ellis does require her in-state patients to do yearly in-office appointments.
What type of a doctor is Dr. Erin Ellis?
Dr. Ellis is a licensed to practice medicine as a Naturopathic Doctor in the state of Arizona.
What conditions can naturopathic medicine treat?
Naturopathic medicine treats the whole body. Dr. Ellis specializes in women’s health, hormones, thyroid health, reproductive health, menstrual health, gut health and nutrition.
What types of treatments can I expect?
Treatments typically include giving what the body what it needs to heal, whether that be working with your nutrition, adding in supplementation or prescription medication, such as natural dessicated thyroid or bioidentical hormone replacement therapy when indicated or necessary.
What is Rooted & Realigned?
It’s a comprehensive, personalized healing experience designed to uncover the root cause of your symptoms and bring your body back into balance. You can find more information about this program here.
Is the discovery call free?
Discovery calls are $35 for 15-20 minutes and the fee will be credited toward the appointment you book.
Do you take insurance?
We are fee for service, but do accept HSA or FSA. We can provide a superbill for you to submit to insurance for possible reimbursement.
What does care at Hope Natural Health cost?
Most patients begin with our Rooted & Realigned program, a 6-month comprehensive care experience that includes lab testing, consultations and, unlimited private messaging support. The investment for this program is $3600. For specific situations, custom care plans may also be available. Payment plans are offered, and HSA funds are accepted.
What if I already have labs?
This is great! You can bring these to your initial visit with Dr. Ellis who can review them and decide if additional labs are necessary. There will also be an option to upload your labs inside the patient portal.
