Commonly Asked Questions

What Are Your Hours?

Private patient hours are by appointment only.  Please call 480-630-5543 to schedule an appointment or schedule online HERE.

Do You Accept Insurance?

Insurance is a crapshoot. Consultations are likely out of pocket, however, depending on your insurance, you might get reimbursement. We likely can bill insurance for lab work though, but it depends on what insurance you have. We would recommend calling your insurance provider and asking your benefits if you were to see a Naturopathic Doctor.

Do You Accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA)?

Yes, most definitely!

What Is An Appointment Like?

Most new patient consults are at least one hour in time.  We spend this time going through YOU - head to toe and discussing what additional information we need to develop a customized treatment protocol is designed to help you achieve optimal health.

Do You See Patients Online?

Yes!  Both in-person and online appointments are available.  If you live in the State of Arizona, a new patient visit is expected yearly in-person, however, follow-up visits can be conducted online. All online visits are HIPAA compliant.

Do You See Children?

Hope Natural Health treats primarily women of menstruating age through menopause. At this time, we do not see children under 12 years of age.

What Is A Naturopathic Doctor?

A naturopathic doctor (ND) is a LICENSED physician who attended a four-year, graduate-level naturopathic medical school who is educated in basic sciences just like a medical doctor (MD) but who also has education in holistic and nontoxic approaches to prevent disease and optimize health.

Can You Prescribe Medication?

If necessary, most prescription medications can be prescribed.
