Don't Skimp On Sleep.
Prioritizing sleep is 🔑. Your immune system is most active overnight so if you don't get enough sleep....hello sickness!
Move My Body.
Dog walks in the AM are a non-negotiable (IYKYK) and I try to get in 3-4 additional workouts throughout the week. Why? Blood flow stimulates release of toxins, activates your lymphatic system and reduces inflammation--all a must for your immune system.
Even though it's winter and here in Arizona you feel less thirsty, I still aim for a gallon of water daily. Why? Hydration feeds our cells, tissues and brain with the nourishment it needs to stay healthy. Dehydration leads to inflammation and added stress on the body.
